Our Customer Service Advisors are at the heart of our organisation and respond to all enquiries from our customers.
To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you will need:
- to be IT literate and used to working with Microsoft applications
- confidence dealing with customer queries
- a passion for problem solving
Ideally you will possess a confident telephone manner, and have the ability to use your initiative along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This part time (20 hours a week) role will included working a 2 week rotating shift pattern with hours of 08:00 to 16:30
