Our Contact Service Advisors are at the heart of our organisation and respond to all enquiries from our customers whilst coordinating bookings and out of hour emergency repairs.

To be successful in the role of Contact Service Advisor, you will have experience

  • in a customer facing role
  • managing customer queries and enjoy problem solving
  • using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Ideally you will possess a confident telephone manner, and have the ability to use your initiative along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. These are office based roles.

The part time role is for weekend and evenings work only, and you will be working a 2 week rotating shift pattern, 22:00 to 06.30 (24 hours per week)
