Key responsibilties of a Customer Sales Advisor:
- Handle calls and process emails to assist or resolve enquiries
- Process customers orders in a timely manner and with knowledge of the services and products we can supply
- Looking for ways to improve customer experience and efficiencies
- Pro-active follow up calls to customers
You will need to be confident in communicating across different departments and be supportive to your colleagues.
This is an office based role from our Lancashire office and if Monday to Friday 9 to 5 on a permanent basis.
