Supporting our busy contact centre with important administravtive tasks is a key role and you will have a strong background in supporting a customer services or operations team.
To be successful as an Administration Assistant, you will ideally have experience:
- Inputting large volumes of data entry with attention to details skills
- Answering calls and handling initial enqueries with great customer service
- With electronic filing
- Within a call or contact centre
As an Administration Assistant you will gain experience in supporting our customers with testing and checking their equipment to conducting welbeing calls.
This is an office based role at either our Eastbourne or West Malling office of 30 hours per week, on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, across a 2 week rota pattern including weekends.
Salary is £17,662.00 per annuam FTE (Pro rata to hours contracted).
