As a Customer Visitor, you will have a list of regular customers that you will call or visit to provide a welfare check on and support them to install and test any alarm equipment they may have within their homes or for personal use.
To be successful as a Customer Visitor you will need to;
- Have excellent communication skills when dealing with vulnerable customers
- Ensure all paperwork for the customer and office is correct and kept up to date
- Recognise when to raise concerns reagarding welfare about customers in line with our internal policies.
Ideally you will have exepreince within the care or field services working environment, a full UK driving licence and knowledge of completing paperwork nd use of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
This role is Monday to Friday 8am to 4 pm or 9am to 5pm (flexibility is required) 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will have access to a company van.
