In addition, we provide out of hours support to a number of local authorities and are often at the forefront, dealing with local emergencies.
This is a fast paced position, where you will need to use all the skills we have trained you on, to handle the calls with the professionalism they require.
To be successful in the role of Contact Centre Advisor you will have experience:
- in a care or customer service environment
- working with Microsoft applications and be fully IT Literate
- on the telephone and be confident to provide reassurance and an empathetic service to all our customers
This is a Full time permanent position and you will need to be willing to work shifts over a 3 week rota, rotating across 7 days and understand the need to work weekends and Bank Holidays.We offer all the benefits you would expect; a competitive salary, pension, and discount schemes.
